1. Bespoke Orders
All garments at Tanbir Style Zone are handcrafted to your specific measurements. By placing an order, you acknowledge that bespoke items are unique and created exclusively for you.
2. Appointments & Fittings
Fittings are a crucial part of the bespoke process. We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling fitting appointments to ensure our master tailors can manage their time effectively.
3. Payment Policy
Due to the customized nature of our work, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order placement. Final payment is due upon successful completion of the final fitting.
4. Delivery Timelines
Bespoke craftsmanship takes time. While we strive to meet all requested deadlines, lead times vary based on fabric availability and complexity of design. We will provide an estimated completion date during your consultation.
5. Alterations
We provide complimentary minor alterations for a specified period after delivery to ensure the perfect fit, provided the garment has been handled according to our care instructions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
